Real Nannies are seeking a team of highly experienced, energetic, and responsible Nannies to care for a range of children in an established Creche at an event in Winchester, which will take place over 17 days.


The ideal candidate is someone experienced in, or looking to get into, Nannying at events – someone who is positive, full of life, adaptable and enjoys working with children of all ages will suit this role perfectly. Real Nannies are looking for nannies who thrive in a busy environment and are excited to be a part of a small team. Someone who’s not afraid to work hard, bring high energy and contribute to planning fun, daily activities is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shared care of up to 10 children at a time, aged between 0 and 14 years old

  • Foster a calm, caring, positive, emotionally supportive environment

  • Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for all children

  • Plan age-appropriate activities and outings proactively

  • Maintain excellent communication with parents and other nannies regarding schedules, behaviour, meals, activities, and any concerns

 

About the Role:
The role consists of working 10 hours per day between the hours of 8.30 and 20.30, for 17 days. The working area is an outside, on-site creche that has been running for over 15 years, with the children of the directors of a highly established event.  You will be working alongside two other professional nannies, with up to 10 children at one time. Three meals per day and on-site accommodation will be provided throughout the duration. 

The children are aged between 3.5 months and 14 years, with the majority aged between 1.5-4 years and 11-14 years old. We are looking for passionate and energetic nannies who are keen to make a difference and showcase their expertise in a creche where the parents are facing their busiest time of year. All of the children’s meals are provided in an on-site cafeteria and the creche is fully equipped with everything you will need. We are asking for nannies to turn up, bring the energy, plan fun activities and establish a fun, relaxed environment for the children. 

 

Real Nannies are offering up to £180 gross per day for 10 hours per day, with 17 days continuous work.

  • A year’s experience as a full-time nanny with children of a similar age

  • A current 12hr paediatric first aid certification

  • 2 contactable references
