About the Family:

“We are a warm and welcoming family that values maintaining a respectful, thoughtful, calm, and nurturing home environment. We hope our nanny will become a trusted, grounding, and positive presence in our household. At the same time, organization, consistency, tidiness, and strong communication are essential to our home functioning successfully. We are a proactive, detail-oriented household that places a high value on punctuality, cleanliness, thoughtful planning, and personal responsibility. We are looking for someone who genuinely thrives in this type of environment and takes pride in being dependable, organized, highly responsible, and thoughtful in how they care for children and operate within a family home.

A second baby will be arriving soon, so the ideal candidate should feel comfortable supporting a growing family dynamic while primarily focusing on toddler care during the new-born transition period.

Please note that we will frequently be at home during weekdays as we prepare for the arrival of the new-born, so a strong partnership and healthy working dynamic between the nanny and parents will be essential to maintaining a peaceful, smooth, and nurturing environment for everyone in the home.”
