Job Role: FT Nanny

Start date: 17th April 2026

Hours: 7:00am – 6:15pm

Days: Monday- Friday

Location: SE23 Forest Hill

Salary: Up to £55k gross per year

Children: G4, B2 years old

**Extra care required due to medical conditions. Someone with experience or an interest in speech and language delay preferred**

 

Real Nannies are looking for a highly experienced and energetic nanny for a lovely returning family of ours with a 4-year-old girl with additional medical needs, who’s at school 3 days per week and a 2-year-old boy.

The ideal candidate is someone passionate, loving, full of positive energy and has a calming nature. A nanny who has previous experience in, or is willing to learn about the little girls physiotherapies, speech and language needs and is able to work as a team with the parent and therapists would fit in with this family well. The ideal candidate is someone warm, soft and able to uphold a fun-loving environment at home whilst juggling the children’s needs.

G4 is at school 3 full days per week, so the majority of the care will be for B2 and will consist of attending local age appropriate activities, playgroups and socialising with other children.

It remains very important to the family that their children continue to live a normal life, so someone outgoing and emotionally strong would suit this family well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sole charge of G4 & B2

• Encouraging therapies

• All nursery duties

• Preparing meals and snacks

• Arranging age appropriate activities

• Attending local playgroups and activities

• Supporting learning and development

• Working as a team player alongside parents and therapists
   

 

The family have described themselves as loving, adventurous and fun and are looking for someone long term. They are a returning family of ours and employed on our lovely nannies for over two years, so have lots of previous experience in hiring a nanny. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £55k gross per year for the right candidate.

• A current 12hr paediatric first aid certification
