*Salary: Live-in: £32.5k - £36k gross per year

*Children: G3, B10 months at start

 

Real Nannies are looking for a long-term, LIVE-IN nanny for a sociable and loving family in N6 - Highgate with two children. The family consists of G3 who is at nursery from 9:00-17:00 Monday- Wednesday and B10 months old at start date.

 

The ideal candidate is someone professional, confident and energetic with a strong work ethic and keen to take on a role where the grandparents are present.

 

The family are looking for someone who is outgoing, pro-active, social and great at finding age appropriate activities and things to do in the local area. A knowledgeable nanny who’s comfortable in setting boundaries whilst instilling a light hearted and fun environment would fit in with this family perfectly. The parents want their children to be brought up in an environment where their children feel respected, secure and live the happy life they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Sole charge of G3 and B10months old

•          All nursery duties

•          Nursery pick-ups

•          Preparing nutritious meals and snacks

•          Attending local playgroups and activities

•          Create a positive, stimulating and safe environment for the child to learn and grow

•          Assisting with the development of the child’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and social skills

•          Maintain a positive and transparent relationship with the family with open communication

 

 

 

 

About the Family:

The family value spending time together and socialising with their local family and friends. They don’t follow any parenting style in particular, but are keen on instilling kindness and boundaries in their children whilst continuing to ensure they are growing to be really nice people. Making sure their children feel confident in themselves, being polite and encouraging manners are an important part of family life.

They are routine based when it comes to nap/sleep times and have described themselves as united, supportive, loving .

 

They are offering a yearly salary of £32.5k-£36k gross per year to live-in, in a large double bedroom in a house with both the parents and grandparents to begin with.
