Job Role: Two x Full-Time Live-In Nannies
Start Date:
Nanny 1 – November 2026
Nanny 2 – January 2027
Hours: 8:00 – 18:30
Location: Costa Rica (4–6 months), USA (2–3 months), Europe/UK (2–3 months)
Salary: Up to £50k gross per year per Nanny
Children: Girl, 2.5 years and Boy, 6 months at start date
Language: Spanish or Tagalog speaking preferable
Real Nannies has an exciting opportunity for TWO friends to travel the world together whilst working as professional nannies on a very long-term basis.
A wonderful international family is looking for two warm, energetic and experienced Nannies to join their household and travel extensively with them between Costa Rica, the USA and Europe.
This is a particularly unique opportunity and would be perfect for two friends who already know and trust each other and would love the adventure of travelling the world together, whilst providing exceptional care for two children.
The nannies will work together as a team, sharing responsibility for the two children and supporting the family as they move between different countries and homes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for two nannies who enjoy travelling, being part of a family and providing a high, but super relaxed, standard of childcare within a down-to-earth, loving and professional household.

Key Responsibilities
• Sole charge of the 2.5-year-old girl and 6-month-old boy
• Providing warm, attentive and nurturing care for both children
• Working collaboratively as part of a nanny team
• Planning fun, creative and age-appropriate activities
• Organising outings, adventures and activities
• Supporting the children's individual routines and development
• Supporting naps, meals and daily structure
• Maintaining a calm, caring, positive and emotionally supportive environment
• Providing attentive, engaging and developmentally appropriate care
• Supporting the children throughout extensive international travel
• Helping the children settle into different homes and environments
• Maintaining excellent communication with the parents throughout the day
• Working together to ensure the children receive consistent and seamless care
• Having fun, creating lots of laughter and helping to raise confident and curious children
About the Family
The family divide their time between Costa Rica, the USA and Europe, with regular international travel.

The family would love to find two nannies who are excited by the idea of waking up in Costa Rica for half the year, exploring Europe the next and travelling across the USA as part of their role.

You must be genuinely enthusiastic about international travel and comfortable adapting to new environments, homes and routines.
The family are looking for two nannies who are committed to a long-term position and who would enjoy becoming an important part of their family life.
Salary & Package
The family are offering up to £50k gross per year for each nanny, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, the family will provide private accommodation, food and all reasonable travel expenses, including flights, when travelling with the family.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• At least one year's experience working as a full-time nanny with children of a similar age
• A current 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certification
• Two contactable references
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally
• Previous professional childcare experience
