Real Nannies are seeking an experienced, committed and nurturing nanny to join a professional family in Ascot as they welcome their first baby, due in mid-December.

The role will initially begin as a night nanny, before transitioning into a full-time daily nanny position once the baby is around three months old.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced newborn nanny who enjoys working collaboratively with parents and is looking to become a valued and trusted part of a family long-term.

Mum is planning to return to work around June 2027, and the family are looking for someone who is confident working alongside parents while also being happy to take sole charge when required.

The family are very close to their extended family, who will be around regularly, and the successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy but warm family environment.

Both parents are career-driven and regularly travel between Ascot and London, with a private driver, so flexibility, discretion and excellent communication will be important.

The ideal candidate will be warm, fun and loving, while also being highly organised and professional. Someone who can create a calm and relaxed environment at home, whilst bringing a creative and adventurous approach to the baby's development, will fit in beautifully.
