Job Role: Maternity Nanny
Start Date: 22/12/26 – for a minimum of 2 weeks
Days: 24/7 – with the option to take days off over Christmas
Location: SW6 – Fulham
Salary: Up to £375 gross per 24 hours
Children: One baby, due by C-section on 19/12/26

 

Maternity Nanny – SW6, Fulham

A lovely opportunity has arisen for an experienced and nurturing Maternity Nanny to join a relaxed, down-to-earth couple as they welcome their first baby in December, for a minimum of two weeks.
 

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely loves the new born stage and enjoys supporting new parents during those precious first weeks.
 

The couple are looking for someone warm, calm and knowledgeable, who can provide reassurance and guidance whilst allowing them to find their own rhythm as new parents.

They are relaxed in their approach and would love someone who can become a trusted and valued part of their household without being overly formal.
 

The successful candidate will provide experienced, hands-on care for the new-born whilst supporting the parents as they settle into life with their baby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing nurturing and attentive care for the new-born

  • Establishing and supporting age-appropriate routines

  • Supporting feeding, winding and settling

  • Providing new-born sleep support and guidance

  • Bathing and general new-born care

  • Keeping the baby's nursery and belongings organised

  • Washing and sterilising bottles and baby equipment

  • Preparing simple meals for the parents when appropriate

  • Helping the parents feel confident and supported

  • Sharing knowledge and advice without being intrusive

  • Supporting the family as they adjust to life with their first baby
